SULPHURIC ACID MANUFACTURING COMPLEX:

• Two sulfuric acid manufacturing plants, with a minimum concentration of 98%, based on the DCDA process. The plants operate continuously. Key components are made of stainless steel to ensure excellent product quality. Total production capacity: 120 M.T./day.
• Two Sulphuric Acid dilution plants are available to manufacture 78%, 51%, and 35% concentrations. We can also produce according to specific customer requirements, provided the minimum requirement is 30 M.T. each batch.
• Two Reverse Osmosis plants for the production of Demineralised Water (D.M. Water).
• Large storage capacities for inputs as well as outputs.
• Automatic Loading Arm for Bulk Tanker Filling.

PRODUCT USES:

Sulphuric acid a highly significant commodity chemical, utilized in the production of fertilizers, mineral processing, oil refining, pH adjustment in wastewater treatment before biological processing, aluminum extrusion anodizing, regeneration of resin in mixed bed polisher units, manufacturing of lead-acid batteries, and on-site chlorine dioxide generation, among other applications.

PRODUCT QUALITY:

Our high purity Sulphuric Acid meets even the most demanding specification requirements of potable water desalination plants. Relevant quality standards are given below:

1. DIN EN 899 is the standard for chemicals used for the treatment of water intended for human consumption. Our product has extremely low impurity levels.
2. BS 3031:1996 specification for Sulphuric Acid used in lead-acid batteries.
3. ASTM E 1011-96: This specification covers Sulphuric Acid, which is suitable for a wide variety of industrial applications.

SUPPLY POSSIBILITIES:

We have our fleet stainless steel Bulk Tankers, equipped with hoses and couplings. Our technicians are well-trained to handle hazardous such as sulfuric acid.

For diluted grades, depending on the required volumes, we can supply in Bulk Road Tankers, Ultratainers, IBCs, HDP Drums, and 20L HDP Cans

CICPA PASSES FOR RESTRICTED AREAS:

We are in a position to supply Sulphuric Acid 98% in Bulk Road Tankers requiring CICPA PASSES. Customer to provide Letter of Assistance (LOA) for obtaining CICPA PASSES from Government Authorities.

REGISTRATION FOR PRECURSORS & CHEMICALS FROM UAE MINISTRY OF HEALTH & PREVENTION (MOHAP):

In the United Arab Emirates, Sulphuric Acid (in all concentrations) is classified as a CONTROLLED PRODUCT and covered Under United Nations Convention against illicit Traffic in Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substances, 1988.

All Companies/Establishments involved in producing, using, trading, importing, exporting, indenting activities must register their Establishments with the UAE MOHAP and obtain the necessary Registration for Precursors & Chemicals.

SPECIAL PRODUCTS:

Demineralized Water for topping up of lead acid as well as alkaline storage batteries. Supply in IBCs, 210L HDP Drums & 20L HDP Cans.

We are also in a position to manufacture Electrolyte solutions for the nickel-cadmium alkaline storage batteries – potassium hydroxide (KOH) & Lithium Hydroxide (Li-OH), as per customer requirements. Supply in HDP Cans.
